Growth Plan commission increases apply only to commissions paid while actively enrolled in the Growth Plan. The 90% tier is achieved after $40,000 in commissions paid within a rolling 12-month period and applies to future commissions only. Commissions earned under the Core Plan do not count toward Growth Plan thresholds.
**The Growth Performance Bonus is based on total commissions paid between January 1 and November 30 and is issued during year-end processing. The Travel Agent must be actively enrolled in the Growth Plan and in good standing at the time of payout.
