Hi! I'm Brian...a former teacher and school administrator turned full-time travel advisor and mentor, helping people turn “I’ve always wanted to do this” into a real business.

For as long as I can remember, people knew me as “The Disney Guy.” I was the one friends, family, and coworkers came to for planning trips, finding deals, and figuring out the best strategies. What started with Disney quickly grew into honeymoons, family vacations, group travel, and destinations like Mexico, Hawaii, and the Caribbean.

Eventually, I realized something simple. I was already doing the work. I just wasn’t getting paid for it.

So I became a travel agent. What started as the Disney Guy turned into Travel WithDisGuy, a travel agency focused on bringing the best customer experience and expertise to every guest.

I started exactly where most people start. No big plan. No roadmap. Just helping people, learning as I went, and figuring out how the industry actually works.

Fast forward to today, and this has become my full-time career. I’ve been booking travel since 2015 and have helped thousands of families plan vacations. I’ve built a business rooted in repeat clients, referrals, and a consistent 5-star reputation.

More importantly, I’ve learned what actually works.

Not theory. Not generic training. The real mechanics of how bookings happen, where new agents get stuck, what slows people down, and how to move past it.

And I’ve made just about every mistake along the way.

That’s why I built this.

Not to create a massive agency or recruit as many people as possible, but to give the right people a clear, realistic way to start. A simple path to your first bookings. Real guidance. And a small, focused community of advisors building their businesses the right way.

I still book travel every day, so everything I share is based on what’s working right now.
